Puppies Inc is a boutique dog grooming salon tucked inside a warehouse unit on Railway Avenue in Werribee — and what they have done with that raw space is remarkable. Plywood walls, a black slat-wall of premium products, polished concrete underfoot: it feels less like a back-of-shop grooming room and more like a small, carefully considered gallery.
Their whole promise is made visible in one ritual: every dog that leaves the salon is sat against a chosen backdrop — rose-gold heart bokeh, a colourful graffiti wall — and photographed, named, and celebrated. Grooming presented as portraiture, not a before-and-after grid.
